When customers fail to respond to the initial SMS after placing their first order, the order is considered Unverified. Customers must respond Yes to the order confirmation SMS upon their first order at your store.
As a store, you can view unverified orders from the Online Orders Dashboard below the analytics.
In the event that you need to see the contents of an unverified order you can click the "show" link under Items.
Clicking "show" will then display the entire order.
